CLM Consulting is a legal and strategic consulting firm supporting the biotech and life sciences industries.  We provide sophisticated legal analysis, ongoing corporate representation, and professional writing to public and private companies.  CLM Consulting has guided clients throughout the corporate life cycle, including advising venture-backed clients during the financing process and public clients on SEC compliance. 

Founder Caitlin Murray possesses a combination of venture capital, capital markets, and science expertise. She received her BS in nuclear science and engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her JD at Washington University in St. Louis.  Most recently, she was a Partner at Goodwin Procter, LLP and a member of its Life Sciences and Capital Markets practices, where for ten years she worked on a wide variety of public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions in the life sciences sector.
